At WeemCustom.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom decals and products. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom Products (Important)
Most of our products are custom-made or made-to-order.
Because of this, we do NOT accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer
• Minor color differences due to screen display
Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
• You received a damaged item
• You received the wrong product
• The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the issue
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
4. Returns (If Applicable)
If a return is approved:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We do not accept returns for custom-made products.
5. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow:
• 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
• Custom decals and personalized products
• Used or installed items
• Clearance or sale items
7. Installation Responsibility
We are not responsible for issues caused by improper installation.
We recommend following our installation guide carefully.
